LOS ANGELES, December 18, 2019 — V is for Vino, the #1 rated wine-show on Amazon Prime, released its much anticipated Season 2 on December 15th to both Amazon Prime and visforvino.com. Episodes include Oregon, Prosecco (Italy), and Sonoma County (California).

V is for Vino follows host and sommelier Vince as he hits the road to explore wine regions and their people, history, culture, food, and wine topics. Picking up where Season 1 left off, Season 2 ventures outside of California, and provides the perfect amount of wine knowledge and infotainment, while also showcasing down-to-earth travel and delicious food.

“We were really able to step up everything this time around: scope, travel, production quality, topics explored, all of it. People are ‘binge-watching’ the episodes, so we must have done something right!” says Vince Anter, host and founder.

The Reviews Are In:

“Whether you are just a wine lover, connoisseur or a somm….this series is great! It will take you around the world, learning the landscape with histories, stories and the people who make great wine! Absolutely love this show and already looking forward to more seasons!”

-Melissa C, 12/18/19, Amazon Prime

“All the wine books and shows I have watched/read never really explained it in a way the common person could understand. Vince does just that. He makes wine both fun and accessible. I’ve seen a bunch of shows and books that give just a taste of a bunch of wineries. Vince show’s you a wine/ winery he believes in and then after he gives you a taste of the food and culture in the area which is a big part of the wine scene.”

-Rity Kory, 12-18-19, Amazon Prime

“V is for Vino breaks it down and covers everything you need to know about wine. It’s packed with history, interviews and interesting facts. I can’t recommend this series enough, Vince always leaves me looking forward to the next season.”

-Abby R, 12/17/19, Amazon Prime

Season 2 Episodes:

Episode 1 starts in the fertile state of Oregon; exploring the Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris in the Willamette Valley with the Lange family, sturgeon fishing in the Columbia Gorge, making art in vibrant downtown Portland, and cooking with local fish and produce at Ned Ludd restaurant.

Episode 2 goes international, as Vince and his Italian native/local tour guide Tamara meet in stunning Venice Italy, before heading north to the Treviso region to learn how the most popular speaking wine in the world, Prosecco, is made with one of the oldest Prosecco producers in the region, Valdo Spumanti. They also visit a 2000-year-old medieval castle, pair a traditional 4-course Italian meal, and explore a 36,000 bottle wine cellar that you have to see to believe.

Episode 3 takes us to Sonoma County, California to visit one of the most diverse wine regions in the entire country. Vince visits 3 different sub-regions, gathering olive, cheese, produce, and wine along the way. He end’s up at Journeyman Meat Co. to learn about Salumi production and cook a true Sonoma County meal with all the gathered ingredients.
