Ca’ Momi announced today that Jonny Tindall has joined the company as the director of culinary operations, where he will oversee the Ca’ Momi food and beverage service operations for the new osteria, the enoteca at the Oxbow Public Market, as well as the company’s commissary kitchen, catering operations and special events.
