For our last webinar, we hope
Sometimes mistakenly placed in the simplified category of “rosés”, these wines are legitimate expressions of the terroirs of Collioure, Sainte-Victoire, Languedoc and Stellenbosh. Together with our winemakers, let us study the impact of these places on the identity of the wines. The soils of shale, fine sands, limestone and Glenrosa soils among others give wines in their own right. These are all factors that make them wines of gastronomy today.
