Practical Grape Growing Seminar

Sixth seminar of eight-part “Practical Grape Growing” offered by IGGPRA
Advances in mechanical harvesting, unfair business and labor practices and a harvest pre-check will be the focus of the Harvest Check seminar hosted by the Independent Grape Growers of the Paso Robles Area (IGGPRA). The September seminar is the sixth in an eight-part series and will be held at the J. Lohr Vineyard and Winery on September 20, 2017 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Wine grape growers in and around the Central Coast are invited to hear from experts about best practices for harvest including how to deal with contracts and labor concerns; testing, tracking and weather issues; and the pros and cons of mechanical versus hand harvesting.

“Practical Grape Growing” is an eight-part seminar series offered by IGGPRA in 2017 that provides attendees with practical tips and industry knowledge from local experts. All wine grape growers are invited and encouraged to attend. The seminar is free for IGGPRA members and $30/pp for non-members.
