WINE WOMEN hosts, “Influencer Marketing,” on October 17th at the Wine Business Center in St. Helena at 6 p.m. Featuring guest speaker Kristy Sammis, founder of CLEVER, and a pioneer in the influencer marketing industry, Kristy will discuss how this marketing strategy has evolved from simply shipping bloggers wine samples in the hopes of a review to working with influencers to develop strategic campaigns.

About Kristy Sammis
Kristy Sammis is a pioneer of the influencer marketing industry, having worked to shape the space for over a decade. She began building brand-blogger partnerships in 2006, and founded CLEVER, the foremost influencer marketing agency in the US, in 2009. Developing creative influencer programs for brands such as Ford, Disney, Amazon, LEGO, and Spin Master helped establish CLEVER as one of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies (Silicon Valley Business Journal).
