Owners and Chefs of Compass Craft Catering, Christian Ephrem and Janelle Ephrem are bringing their years of globetrotting culinary adventures combined with their refined Michelin star experience to the Carlton Grain Elevator. Join us on the last Thursday of every month for an exciting and seasonal menu.
