In this highly educational seminar you will learn how to structure and develop your aromatic universe, and identify, classify and describe aromas in wine and cork closures. You will also gain insight into the possible impact of cork closure aromas on bottled wine.

Alexandre Schmitt, aka the “Nose”

Well-known worldwide in the wine industry, Alexandre travels to the world’s greatest vineyard regions to educate wine professionals in aromas. His time is divided between the teaching of the aromas of wines and the blending for which he became an international consultant.
