BiSus4Wine Closing Event

The project “Biocontrol agents for a sustainable grape and wine production (BiSus4Wine)” explored innovative biocontrol agents to combat Botrytis cinerea, a major threat to grapevines, while assessing their impact on fermentation and wine quality.
