Balletto Vineyards, one of the few family-owned estate wineries in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley AVA, has partnered with Food Network award-winning celebrity chef Fernando Ruiz for “Balletto Summer Supper,” an exclusive dining experience featuring a six-course farm-to-table meal paired with Balletto’s award-winning estate wines.
John Balletto, proprietor of Balletto Vineyards, and winemaker, Anthony Beckman, will preside throughout the two-night suppers speaking about the selection of wines, unique pairings, and sharing the history of the Balletto family, now celebrating their 20th anniversary as winemakers in the Russian River Valley. During both dinners, guests will also experience the in-person culinary talent of Santa Fe, New Mexico-based Chef Fernando Ruiz, who will harness his flair in Southwestern Mexican-American style cooking for an exquisite dinner menu to Fresh Halibut, Chilled Gazpacho, Ahi Tuna, Crispy Pork Belly, Grilled Prime New York Strip Loin and an assortment of local Sonoma County cheese.
The dinner will take place in Balletto Vineyards’ expansive, newly renovated Reserve Room. General Admission tickets are $125 per person. Tickets for Balletto Vineyards Wine Club are $100 per person. Space is limited. Purchase tickets by calling 707.568.2455 x 101 or through Balletto Vineyards’ online shop.
