Healdsburg, CA (June 21, 2023) – Wine Industry Network (WIN) has opened registration for Growing Forward, a Vineyard & Grower focused Virtual Conference tackling the most pressing topics and issues faced throughout the grape growing cycle. The Conference is set to broadcast on July 19, 2023, beginning at 9:00am.
The 2023 event will address three unique sessions: Optimizing Irrigation Practices, Climate Friendly Farming, and Artificial Intelligence. Presenters will delve into optimizing irrigation practices to enhance vineyard performance, fruit quality and address water scarcity challenges. They will also share climate-friendly farming techniques that promote sustainability and resilience in the face of climate change and variability. Finally, they’ll explore and highlight the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in grape growing and AI technologies that address various farming challenges such as pest management, unpredictable weather conditions, and overall profitability.
Session panels will include vineyard managers from Silver Oak Winery, Emeritus Vineyards, Jackson Family Wines, Peake Ranch Winery, and Booker Vineyard sharing their experiences and results of implementing the programs presented.
