November 18, 2025 — Join us at Gray Monk Estate Winery on Sunday, November 23, from 1–3 p.m. as we celebrate the release of Decanting Memories: Our Life in the Vineyard, the Cellar & Beyond — the memoir of our founders, George and Trudy Heiss.
Told in their own voices, Decanting Memories shares the remarkable story of how a young family’s dream took root in the Okanagan Valley, growing from the first vines planted in the 1970s into one of British Columbia’s most beloved wineries. It’s a story of perseverance, passion, and the pioneering spirit that helped shape BC’s wine industry. Small bites will be available while supplies last.
Books will be available for purchase at $32.95, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the BC Hospitality Foundation.
