This premier event highlights the region’s unique terroir, innovative winemaking, and rising reputation as a leader in Cabernet Franc production.
With a vision to establish Paso Robles as a benchmark for Cabernet Franc—showcasing its diverse soils, expressive climate, and stylistic range, driven by bold thought leadership and a collaborative winemaking community—this third annual event is a must-attend for anyone with a deep appreciation for Cabernet Franc.
Held at Cass Winery and Robert Hall Winery, the thoughtfully curated program includes:
- March 16th – Consumer Tasting & Food Pairing Experience – A comparative global vs. Paso Cabernet Franc tasting led by renowned wine educator Wes Hagen, an exploration of Cabernet Franc’s dynamic culinary pairings, and a Grand Tasting featuring 25+ wineries, with food served throughout.
