The Wine Independent Announces 2024 Verbier Alpine Summit in Swiss Alps

February 15th – Napa, CA – The Wine Independent, founded in 2021 by Lisa Perrotti-Brown, MW (formerly of The Wine Advocate) and Photographer Johan Berglund, has announced the 2024 Verbier Alpine Summit, to be held in the Swiss Alps from March 10th through the 17th

Located in southwestern Switzerland, in the small village of Verbier, considered one of the finest ski resorts in the world, the exclusive Chalet No. 14 will host the TWI 2024 Verbier Alpine Summit. Guests will enjoy 7 luxurious days of rare fine wines, lavish dinners, world-class skiing, and opulent accommodations. 

Each night at Chalet No. 14, guests will be treated to a different collection of wines and expertly paired cuisine prepared by two Michelin-starred Mats and Karin Vollmer of Vollmers Restaurant in Malmö, Sweden. Esteemed representatives from the featured chateaux and wineries will join guests for dinner, sharing anecdotes and older library wines purchased direct from cellar. “No.14 Verbier manages to be a chalet, a hotel and a home all at once, mixing contemporary design with sleek interior lines. To stay in No.14 is to draw a lucky number, a sacred number,” says Paris Match magazine.

The Verbier Alpine experience includes 7 nights’ luxury accommodation, transfer to and from the Geneva airport, a team of dedicated staff, an indoor swimming pool, spa with hammam, cold plunge pool and Jacuzzi, 2 treatment rooms, outdoor cedar hot tubs, 4 Vallées ski passes, in-Chalet ski and boot fitting, in-house chef for breakfast and afternoon Tea, 24-hour in-resort chauffeur service, a fully stocked complimentary bar & bartender, and complimentary Champagne.
