August 15th – Sonoma County, California – Grit Studio, a wine & spirits design and content studio originally from Chile, announced the opening of its new headquarters in Sonoma County, California. The full-service agency, founded in 2020, specializes in visual content creation and work ‘beyond the label’, focusing on continuing a brand’s journey once label & packaging design ends through filmmaking, photography, visuals, and on-brand communications.

Founded by Daniela Belén (CEO) and James Loor (Creative Director), Grit Studio has ample experience in the wine & spirits industry, becoming an ongoing collaborator for business heavyweights such as Concha y Toro Family of Wineries and Bonterra Organic Estates, as well as several relevant brands within the industry.

“Chile provided an excellent starting place, allowing us to partner with established premium wineries and new disruptive brands alike. Now we’re excited to join Sonoma’s tight knit, fast-growing wine community, because it feels like the perfect space to continue evolving, both professionally and personally”, says co-founder Loor.

The studio’s team is currently composed of 7 collaborators – all experienced in the wine industry and hailing from wine regions around the globe – and their core value remains the same: working hand in hand with each client, preserving an extremely personalized, ‘boutique’ approach. “Delivering this tailored service has been non-negotiable from day one. Our clients truly get our full expertise and commitment, resulting in high-quality outcomes at each stage – before, during, and after launch”, explains Belén.

The studio also creates brand materials tailored for the trade and sales teams, like corporate decks, sizzle reels, tasting kits, trade show assets, sales sheets, interview talking points, and more. Their work has been featured in Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, The Tasting Panel, The Somm Journal, Vinexpo and ProWein among other outlets within the industry.

From legacy wine & spirits companies to emerging and disruptive brands, Grit develops engaging visual content for clients of every size and experience, showcasing their uniqueness and authenticity, bringing brands vibrantly to life and resonating emotionally with wine & spirits consumers.
