June 26th – This music festival, which will take place from 7 – 11 July in iconic Meursault locations, includes a variety of concerts, conferences and wine tastings. It forms part of the Music Festival of the Grand Crus of Burgundy with its programme of concerts and events across the prestigious Burgundy appellations. The aim is to combine the pleasures of wine and music in exceptional locations.

And, naturally, Les Parcellaires de Saulx wanted to participate in this magnificent expression of the rich and diverse tapestry of the local terroir. This diversity is perfectly aligned with the philo- sophy of an establishment dedicated solely to making and maturing exceptional wines from a single parcel in small quantities, in order to express the very essence of the terroir, with elegance.

Inaugurated last summer after a complete renovation, the Manoir offers a shop, a tasting cellar and a variety of wine tourism events, and welcomes visitors throughout summer.

ABOUT LES PARCELLAIRES DE SAULX

Les Parcellaires de Saulx is a producer of tailor-made wines in Meursault. It was created in September 2017 on the foundations of an ancient establishment that used to occupy the site. Its highly original approach, which demands the highest standards, is to make only single vineyard wines, with no blending, in order to emphasise the authenticity and the expression of the terroir.

It enjoys a privileged location with an outstanding view over the vineyards of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. It also boasts superb historic cellars of more than 1,000 square metres that enable the wines to be produced, aged and stored in perfect conditions. Les Parcellaires de Saulx offers more than 30 appellations from some of the most prestigious terroirs of Burgundy, including Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and grand cru village appellations. www.de-saulx.com
