Iconic Family-Owned Napa Winery Hires Marketing Veteran

(Napa, Calif.)— July 25, 2022—Trefethen Family Vineyards, one of Napa’s pioneering family-owned estate wineries, today announced the appointment of veteran wine, spirits, and CPG marketing professional Kim Kulchycki as Director of Marketing.

Ms. Kulchycki has worked across diverse functional areas, including brand marketing, sales, consumer research and insights, and winery supply chain management. Her 20+ years of experience includes serving as the lead marketer for smaller, family-owned wineries and as a senior-level brand marketer for both established corporations and start-up companies. Notable employers include E. & J. Gallo, Constellation, Beam, BevMo!, Cline and Robert Mondavi. 

Kulchycki has an MBA in Marketing from UC Davis where she graduated Cum Laude, and a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Philosophy from CSU Stanislaus.

At Trefethen Family Vineyards, Kulchycki is responsible for all consumer and trade marketing.
