March 3rd – San Luis Obispo, CA – The popular wine and food podcast, “Consumed”, hosted by journalist Jaime Lewis, has launched its eighth season with a focus on women living and working in wine along California’s Central Coast. Among this season’s guests are Samra Morris, the first Bosnian winemaker in California, who discusses her childhood during the siege of Sarajevo, and connecting with wine pioneer Richard Sanford through wine and war. Other guests include Stephy Terrizzi, of Paso Robles popular Italian-focused wine brand, Giornata Wines, and Macedonian Winemaker, Sonja Magdevski of Casa Dumetz, Clementine Carter and The Feminist Party wines. “This was a very special season for me,” Lewis says. “Every one of these women is  remarkable, period.
