New York, NY – May 6, 2020 – Domaine Select Wine & Spirits has re-branded its operations as Trinity. Jureta Capital Partners took over Domaine Select Wine & Spirits in May 2019 and closed on a merger with New York-based premium wine distributor, Verity Wine Partners (Verity), in February 2020. After a significant re-structuring, Verity will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trinity with the Verity shareholders owning a stake in the new company. Verity will continue its distribution in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Additionally, Trinity has partnered with MHW, Ltd., the industry’s leading service provider to manage customer service for distributor network, logistics, compliance, and accounting, effective May 1, 2020.
