State-of-the-Art Glass Factory Offers Ultra-Modern and Multi-Process Decoration Bottling Services for Wine and Spirits
Napa, CA – August 20, 2019 – Saverglass, the world’s leading manufacturer specializing in the production and decoration of luxury and high-end glass bottles for the wine and spirits industry, today celebrated its one-year anniversary of the opening of the multi-service facility in North America.

Saverglass Group invested $120 million for the construction of its glass manufacturing and decoration plant, where production started in June 2018 and created 410 local jobs. The new facility has produced 75 million bottles over the first year and will reach a production of more than 120 million bottles per year, boosting overall annual production to 720 million bottles over time.

- After a year of operation, Saverglass has run 5 color campaigns operated from a single furnace
- The facility offers clients an ultra-modern and multi-process glass manufacturing and decoration bottle service (ink screen printing, coating and hot stamping have started and acid-etching will be ready in the next few weeks), all under one roof
- Facility is capable of not only producing high-quality glass bottles made of extra flint glass for superior clarity and brilliance but antique green colored glass as well
- Low minimum order quantity option available, as well as King Size and multiple other pallet formats
