August 1, 2019—Mitroff Consulting & Associates is pleased to announce the completion of the search for the Grape Sales Manager for our Client, the Miller Family Wine Company, a Thornhill Company. Ian Fainer accepted the position from an excellent pool of experienced candidates. Ian began his career at Treasury Wine Estates and has over fourteen years of wine production, three-tier system, budget management and compliance, large volume harvest logistics, and bulk wine experience. Living and working in the Central Coast, Ian has in-depth familiarity with the nuances, quality, value and grapes from each growing region.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Management and Rangeland from the University of California, Davis.
Ian’s in-depth experience as a proven leader and effective strategist is valuable in the growth-driven path of the Miller Family. His expertise in wine production, sales, Central Coast wine industry, and business principles will enable him to be successful. Ian’s knowledge, experience and attitude for success are a winning combination and will enable him to excel in his new role.
