Erik Lawrence & Frank Martorana
“In opening GVM Law’s Roseville office, we were fortunate to partner with longtime Sacramento area attorney Frank Martorana. Frank’s expertise in tax law augments our already robust estate planning, business and real estate teams,” said Lawrence. “We are pleased to bring our estate planning services and expertise in wine, business and real estate law to the Sacramento area.”
Martorana joins GVM Law as a partner. He is a seasoned veteran of estate planning, business, real estate and tax law. He has been in practice for more than 40 years in the Sacramento area, and has advised high net worth individuals in tax planning, entity structure, real estate transactions, and corporate and partnership governance. Martorana has offered expert guidance to farmers, ranchers, small business owners, and those in the lumber industry for more than four decades.
Martorana began his career in the Sacramento area at the same time that GVM Law was founded in Napa. As trusted advisors and confidants who become an integral part of their clients’ teams, the attorneys at GVM Law expertly guide business owners and families through estate planning at all levels of complexity – and through the intricacies of business and real estate transactions.
