Santa Margarita, CA—Margarita Adventures today announced the launch of its new “Zip ‘n Sip VIP” package, which combines ziplining, wine tasting and gourmet bites for the ultimate in epicurean adventure.
The package begins with Margarita Adventures’ signature zipline tour, which spans six distinct lines that soar over valleys, oaks and vineyards in the Paso Robles wine country. After the tour, guests enjoy a guided “Legacy Tasting” featuring rare wines paired with cheese and charcuterie at the affiliated Ancient Peaks Winery.

The Zip ‘n Zip VIP package costs $135 on weekdays and $145 on weekends, all inclusive of the zipline tour and Legacy Tasting featuring reserve and library wines as well as cheese and charcuterie. The package is available on most tour days, starting with the zipline tour at 9 a.m. followed by the guided tasting. Package guests also enjoy exclusive 15% savings on wine purchases. The Zipline Tour
Guests embark on ziplines spanning more than 7,500 combined feet on the historic Santa Margarita Ranch, starting with an epic 2,800-foot tandem-line thrill ride and finishing with an 1,800-foot journey over Ancient Peaks Winery’s estate Margarita Vineyard. Along the way, guides share details of the ranch’s remarkable natural features, sustainable winegrowing practices and role as part of California’s famed Mission Trail.
The Legacy Tasting
After the tour, guests enjoy the guided Legacy Tasting at the Ancient Peaks Tasting Room & Café across the street from the Margarita Adventures office. During this tasting, a personal wine educator guides guests through a tasting of the winery’s limited-edition Pearl Collection bottlings and library selections paired with cheese and charcuterie.
