Matt Deller MW has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for TOR Wines, responsible for supporting owner Tor Kenward in all areas of the business and helping to take the prestigious Napa producer into the future.
“Sometimes in life you get very special opportunities that can reshape your life. Working closely with Matt for me is one of those,” says Tor Kenward. “My children love to drink my wine, but one chose the medical field, the other film to shape their careers. Matt shares my passion for fine wine, is smarter than I am, and is the right person to help us find our future. I could not be more excited that he has joined the family.”

Previously Deller was Chief Wine Officer for Wine Access, heading the only wine team in the U.S. that included two Masters of Wine and a Master Sommelier. Prior to that, he was with Constellation Brands for five years, most recently as Director of Fine Wine Development. As a respected Master of Wine, Matt judges international wine competitions such as Decanter World Wine Awards, TEXSOM International Wine Competition and the Sydney International Top 100 Wine Awards and is an expert panelist at wine events globally.
