The property encompasses the 55-acre Olive Hill Estate Vineyard, named for the 469 160-year-old Picholine olive trees on the property. The vineyard is planted primarily to Cabernet Sauvignon and benefits from a unique confluence of geological and climatic factors that keep its soils warm, its vines frost-free and its grapes ripe and flavor-packed. WHAT: Farm-to-Table Dinner Series featuring seasonal fare from the Girl & the Fig
B.R. Cohn will be hosting two dinners this July at the winery with local partner, the Girl & the Fig. Sunset dinners will take place in the winery’s new open-air barrel barn amid beautiful vineyard views of the Sonoma Valley Vineyard estate. Savor a delicious farm-to-table dinner by the Girl & the Fig, perfectly paired with the winery’s limited-production estate wines.
Menu items range from duck sugo with little gem wedge salad and garden summer squash (July 7) to Sonoma porchetta with grilled stone fruit and summer zucchini caesar salad (July 28).
