TAAS (Telesales As A Service) utilizes the core strength of the Chatterbox telesales team while offering support to winery marketing teams to recover declined credit cards and bounced emails.

May, Napa, CA – Chatterbox has launched TAAS – telesales as a service. TAAS, provides the winery an opportunity to have one of our highly trained sales professionals recover declined credit cards or bounced emails without taking on more staff.

Chatterbox works with the winery to create objectives and guidelines for success – while handing the heavy lifting of calling the declined credit card holders or bounced email addresses. The benefit to the winery is huge, no time spent away from the winery staff’s primary jobs. Chatterbox steps in – assumes the winery persona and calls the lists.

Early results are showing that Chatterbox is reacquiring up to 35% of declined credit cards and 20-25% of bounced emails.

“Our team already specializes in this type of direct to consumer outreach”, says Steven T. Smith II, General Manager of Chatterbox Wine Marketing Services. “The winery has worked hard to acquire the customers – we are here to ensure they keep them. Extending the lifetime value of those folks is our core goal. The ancillary benefit to talking to the customer ranges from anecdotal information and inquiries about visitation to wine sales”

TAAS can also be applied to event sales and DTC to wine club conversion campaigns should the winery require. For more information about TAAS or Chatterbox Wine Marketing, please visit chatterboxwinemarketing.com.
