(NEW YORK) Brew Central, a tourism initiative of the Central New York Vacation Region continues to grow with the addition of Tioga County. With the partnership brings an additional three destinations to Brew Central, The Farmhouse Brewery, Waterman’s Distillery and Glen Park Winery. 

What started as a campaign to raise awareness for the growing craft beer scene in Central New York has grown to encompass now eleven counties, including Broome, Herkimer, Montgomery, Otsego, Chenango, Madison, Oneida, Schoharie, Onondaga, Fulton and Tioga.  

“Craft beverage has been a long-time tradition in New York State and Tioga is eager to be a part of that, with the help of Brew Central,” said Director of Tioga County Tourism, Rebecca Maffei.

Through its multi-faceted marketing campaigns, website, social media and “Stories on Tap” video series, Brew Central provides publicity and exposure for over 100 breweries, wineries, cideries, distilleries and craft brew bars. 

Brew Central is “America’s Craft Brew Destination,” bringing together the stories and traditions of over 70 craft beverage producers, all linked by the incredible hop history of New York State. Tourists travel from all over to experience the various breweries, wineries, cideries and distilleries across eleven counties.
