BOTTLEST Winery, Bar & Bistro (www.bottlestbistro.com), Santa Ynez Valley’s new dining and entertainment destination in Buellton, California, is pleased to announce that Certified Sommelier, Allison Crawford, has joined the venue’s management team. Prior to Bottlest, Crawford spent 10 years at Disneyland Resort fine dining establishment, Carthay Circle Restaurant, in Anaheim, California.
Crawford brings her decade in high-end guest relations, wine service and hospitality to Bottlest, where she will aid guests in navigating the restaurant and bar’s 300-bottle wine list, as well as one of the space’s defining features – the “Wine Wall” – a Napa Technology WineStation system dispensing 52 ever-changing, automated self-serve wine tasting options available as one ounce tastes, half- or full glasses.
Crawford will call upon her Disney background as a staff wine educator and trainer, as she also leads the new, open-to-the-public Bottlest Winery Tours, which take guests through Bottlest parent company, Terravant Wine Company’s, winery facility – the largest wine production facility in Santa Barbara Wine Country.
