The Zina Lounge Announces New Seasonal Wine and Food Pairing Menu


New Six-Course Summer Wine and Food Pairings

Sonoma, CA. – July 17, 2017 – Fifth-generation Sonoma County winemaker Steve Ledson is thrilled that Chef Yoshiharu Sogi of the Zina Lounge at the Ledson Hotel is announcing the new Seasonal Wine and Food Pairing Menu for Summer 2017. The six-course menu, shown in detail below is $150 per person, an abbreviated four-course menu is also available for $90 per person. Zina Lounge Wine and Food Pairings feature limited production artisan bottlings from the Zina Hyde Cunningham Winery and Vineyards and Ledson Winery and Vineyards. The new six-course menu, from internationally renowned Chef Yoshi, a world class wine expert and chef extraordinaire, includes:

Chef Yoshi creates intricate pairings using locally grown farm-to-table products designed to excite the palate, while elevating the nuances of each wine. The menu showcases the very finest ingredients by local purveyors in small plates. Seated Chef Pairings are offered by reservation only, and Zina Hyde Cunningham wine tasting is available daily from 10:30 am to 6:00pm. In addition to these scheduled seating times, The Zina Lounge offers fully customized menus and private event offerings.
