(May 30, 2017; Oakville, Calif.)—Tom Gamble, owner of the Napa Valley-based Gamble Family Vineyards located in the Oakville AVA, is pleased to announce that Lauryn Bradley will join the winery as California Sales Manager. Bradley lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and will oversee Gamble’s sales and distribution throughout California.

Bradley brings more than 10 years of experience in the wine industry to her new role at Gamble Family Vineyards. Most recently, she worked as a sales broker for Phenix Wine Distribution, where she managed an account base for on and off-premise markets throughout Northern California. Prior to that, Bradley spent nine years with Epic Wines, managing the wine import portfolio for San Francisco and Marin County. She also worked as a sales representative for luxury wine broker Astoria Wine Group.

A California native, Bradley has always had a curiosity and eagerness to learn about other cultures. After receiving a degree in cultural anthropology from Humboldt State University, she fell in love with the world of wine and the opportunity it provided to learn about other cultures, histories, farming practices, and personal philosophies.

“Lauryn’s extensive experience and knowledge of the California wine sales market will prove to be essential as we continue to grow our presence in our home state,” says Tom Gamble. “Her drive and passion for wine make her an ideal addition to our close-knit team.”

“We’re thrilled to partner with like-minded companies who will help us expand and support our sales efforts in key markets across the US,” says Tom Gamble. “As a small, family owned and operated winery, it is important for us to have personal relationships with our business partners, and we feel confident in the experience and expertise of these distributors.”

About Gamble Family Vineyards:

Founded by third-generation farmer Tom Gamble in 2005, Gamble Family Vineyards farms approximately 175 acres of prime estate vineyards from many of Napa’s most respected AVAs—Oakville, Mt. Veeder, Rutherford and Yountville. Its winery and by-invitation-only tasting room have a quiet presence, sitting modestly in an isolated nook off Highway 29 in the heart of Napa Valley’s Oakville AVA. Set back from the main road, Gamble’s mission here is to carry on the heritage of farming that his ancestors sowed when they came to Napa as farmers in 1916. With a primary focus on Bordeaux varietals, including Sauvignon Blanc, all of Gamble Family Vineyards’ wines are produced in small quantities, with careful attention to farming. Winemaker Jim Close has been with Gamble Family Vineyards since its inception. Gamble Family Vineyards offers four wines through wholesale/distribution, including the Rosé ($20), Gamble Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc ($25), Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ($50), and Paramount Proprietary Red Blend ($90).
