ABOUT ADAM IVOR
Adam Ivor, co-founder and vice president of operations at Gliding Eagle, was born and raised in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. He earned his B.S. in Enology from Fresno State University and made wine at Cathedral Ridge Winery in Hood River, Oregon, as a consulting winemaker during several harvests. He received tasting room and sales experience working at Benziger and Imagery Wineries in Sonoma Valley in 2006, and spent roughly a decade as a winemaker at Highway 12 Vineyards & Winery in Sonoma Valley with Michael Sebastiani before earning his MBA in Wine Business from Sonoma State University.
