Cork Supply USA Announces Operations and Customer Service Promotions

Shanna HamernickMarch 31, 2017—Benicia, CA—Cork Supply USA is proud to announce three new promotions in the ranks of the company’s operations and customer service.

Shanna Hamernick, who has been a valued member of the company’s customer service team for 10 years, has been promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative. Shanna is responsible for some of the company’s largest accounts and longest-lasting customer relationships. In her new role, Shanna will be working with Salesforce, ISO documentation, Navision functions and providing backup for cork sampling assignments.

Hemina PatelHemina Patel, who has been with the company for almost five years and is a valuable member of our customer service team, has been promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative. She will continue to manage our large corporate customers, lead her own accounts and help develop our Salesforce initiative; to these responsibilities she adds the management of ISO documentation, providing backup for cork sampling assignments and additional Navision functions.

Christine MatusekChristine Matusek, who has worked for the company as Business Process Engineer and Continuous Improvement Engineer, has been promoted to Operations Manager for Cork and Distributed Products. In her new role, she will manage a production team and oversee process flow, long range scheduling, expense management and the achievement of efficiency goals.
