Marquis Sauvage has divested his interests in Classic of Colorado and Vin Sauvage of Nevada. Greg and Marquis co-founded Pioneer Texas in 2008 and have had great success in becoming a premier brand building fine wine and spirits distributor. Kassanoff acquired Wine Cru of Colorado in 2015 with the focus of keeping Fuad Jezzini (President Pioneer Colorado) in place and leveraging synergies between the two companies.

Pioneer Louisiana will launch in February and is being managed by Frank Ceresa, President, formerly of Pioneer Texas and Michael Kennedy, Vice President of Sales, formerly of RNDC Louisiana. Maverick of Illinois has appointed Zach Patap to the newly created position of President. All state Presidents will report to Marquis Sauvage and Greg Kassanoff, CEO of Pioneer Wine and Spirits Holdings.

Kassanoff and Sauvage will continue to grow the businesses in new markets where they see opportunity. Pioneer companies now have 120 sales professionals in their current markets with a focus on representing family-owned, artisanal producers of wine and spirits.
