Castle Rock Winery is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas J. Dempsey to the position of Vice President, Sales Manager Central Region with effect from November 28, 2016.
Mr. Dempsey has broad experience in the wine and spirits business, and a record of achievement in growing wine brands and successfully working with multiple distributor partners. For a number of years he worked for Brown-Forman Corp in a series of positions of increasing responsibility, and most recently has served as U.S. Operations Manager for Taylor Wines and Director, Chain Sales for Aveniu Brands. He is based in Louisville, Kentucky.

His experience and well-established relationships in the retail chain sector will be especially important for us.”
Castle Rock Winery currently sells nearly 500,000 cases of wine a year from a number of highly-regarded appellations on the West Coast from Paso Robles to Columbia Valley in Washington, and has set for itself the goal of doubling case sales by 2020. The wines are made from grapes purchased under long-term contracts with well-established growers.
