Jim Caudill joined Treasury Wine Estates as Director of Marketing Communications after serving most recently as Director of Public Relations & Hospitality for The Hess Collection. Previously Jim was Director of Public Relations for Brown Forman and Vice President of Public relations at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates. Before getting bitten by the wine bug, Jim was a newspaper reporter in the Detroit area where his worked earned a trio of Silver Anvil awards.
In addition to his communications expertise, Jim is an accredited Wine Competition Judge participating on tasting panels for various international competitions as well as a published author and regular editorial contributor to multiple wine publications.
Jim’s extensive experience and spotless reputation will be a welcomed addition to the team.
Treasury Wine Estates is equally as delighted to advise that Tamara Stanfill will also join Treasury Wine Estates as Public Relations Manager. Tamara comes to us from Boisset Collection where she was Communications Manager. Prior to that she lived in London for several years where she held the positions of Public Relations & Events Manager at Accolade Wines and Account Director at Westbury Communications Agency.
Tamara has worked in the wine industry in various other roles – from Winemaker’s Assistant in Tuscany to Retail Wine Sales in NYC – for the past 10+ years and has in-depth experience with many distinguished wine regions around the world. Her Level 3 WSET Advanced Certification (awarded with Merit) will serve her well in this highly specialized new role.
For the time being, Jim’s brand responsibilities will primarily be Beringer, Etude and Chateau St. Jean (with more to follow shortly) and Tamara’s brand responsibilities will primarily be Beaulieu, Gabbiano, Stags’ Leap and Provenance/Hewitt.
Lily Lane, Sr. PR Manager will continue to manage PR for Sterling Vineyards and all of our Australian brands.
