Tonnellerie Ô Master Cooper Quinn Roberts, a second-generation master cooper, provides customers with expertise and exceptional technical service. I guarantee that our barrels will contribute positively to the maturation of your wine.”
Tonnellerie Ô recognizes the multifaceted nature of a well-managed and successful barrel program and is eager to encourage winemakers to try out the company’s superior quality French and American oak barrels. As part of the guarantee program, sales consultants will work closely to assist winemakers in evaluating the impact of new Tonnellerie Ô French or American oak barrels on an annual basis.
The Tonnellerie Ô Guarantee:
- Tonnellerie Ô will replace OR reimburse any barrel that does not positively impact a wine’s maturation.
- The replacement guarantee is limited to a total of four barrels.
- The program is extended to all U.S. customers.
- Tonnellerie Ô sales consultants will closely monitor customers’ barrel programs on an annual basis.
