Leading Guest Management Platform Adds Specialists in Customer Service, Business Development

St. Helena, Calif. (June 28, 2016)CellarPass, the leading online and mobile guest management platform for the fine beverage industry, expands its customer service staff with the addition of four new employees.

The four new hires include:

Lisa MummertLisa Mummert – Business Development Specialist, brings over 20 years of sales, marketing and project management experience to CellarPass.  She is an accomplished sales executive with a record of developing new business within Fortune 500 companies, driving profitability, and building the foundation for trusted client partnerships. Her previous experience includes CellarPass client Treasury Wine Estates, Jackson Family Wines, and Chateau Ste. Michelle. As a national sales manager at Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, Mummert consulted with Target, Microsoft, FedEx, Google, and Yahoo on their high-level brand strategies.

Spencer KuhnSpencer Kuhn – Central Coast Account Specialist, joins CellarPass from his previous position as the outbound hospitality team lead at V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena, California, where he managed and trained new hires in direct-to-consumer selling techniques, developed sales promotions, and enhanced the winery’s web site. He holds a bachelors degree in agribusiness marketing from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

Claudette ShattoClaudette Shatto – Business Development Specialist, was previously vice president of marketing and sales at V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena, where she was responsible for marketing, public relations, social media strategy, advertising, web site and email marketing, and creating point-of-sale materials. She also participated in executive management of the winery. Shatto holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Chaela CiongoliChaela Ciongoli – Customer Success Specialist, joins CellarPass from her prior job as “Jill of all trades” at Whetstone Wine Cellars in Napa, California, where she was involved with all aspect of the company’s marketing, shipping, compliance, and social media initiatives. She earlier served as wine manager at CRU Wine Bar in Melbourne, Australia. She holds a BS in Wine and Viticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
