Huneeus, proprietor of Quintessa and honorary chair of this year’s event. “Our shared love for South America will not only shine through Francis’ food and innovative preparation but also throughout the week’s lively events.”

Saturday’s Live Auction Celebration at Meadowood is the centerpiece of Auction Napa Valley offerings, which also includes dinners, parties, outdoor activities and the Napa Valley Barrel Auction on Friday, June 3 taking place this year at Robert Mondavi Winery. There, guests will have a chance to sip current release wines from more than 100 wineries, nibble on bites from dozens of Napa Valley’s talented chefs and food purveyors and sample —and bid on—100 unique lots of Napa Valley’s highly touted 2013, 2014 and 2015 vintages straight from the barrel.
