The winery is located in Montalbano, in the heart of the Chianti production zone, and has been operating for three generations. Founded in 1970 by Giovanni Bonacchi and now run by his son, Andrea, Cantine Bonacchi is passionate about family and people.
Bonacchi wines are made in a ‘modern style’ with brighter fruit flavors, balance and good structure while still maintaining a level of classic elegance and refinement. Bonacchi wines are estate grown and bottled, which lends to consistency in quality, flavor and price.

Chianti Riserva D.O.C.G. $11.99 SRP
100% Sangiovese
Aged for 2 years; 12 months in steel, 12 months in oak and 1 month in the bottle prior to release. This Chianti Riserva has a ruby red color with garnet hues, an intense nose and a rich, velvety flavor.
Badesco $16.99 SRP
70% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet
Garnet red, robust and fleshy, this wine is aged in small, fine French oak barrels for 16 – 18 months. Then, it’s bottled and stored in old, underground cellars for an additional 4 months to release the fragrant aromas and soft tannins.
Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C. $17.99 SRP
100% Sangiovese Grosso
Kept in casks for 6 months minimum and then aged in the bottle for 3, this wine has a brilliant red color, welcoming aromas of rich red fruit and hints of spice with a velvety texture.
Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. $34.99 SRP
100% Sangiovese Grosso
Produced with only the finest hand-picked Sangiovese Grosso grapes, this wine is aged in oak barrels for at least 3 years and in the bottle for 6 months. Brunello di Montalcino is available for release the 5th year after harvest.
