STOCKTON, CA Western Square Industries is pleased to announce the hiring of Kyle Rossler as President, effective January 25, 2016. Mr. Rossler has over 25 years of successful leadership and management experience ranging from VP of Sales and Marketing to President of New Business Development. His background is in distribution and sales, and most recently worked for Encore Glass where he was VP of Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Rossler is a graduate from the University of Michigan, and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. He currently resides in Pleasanton, CA.
The existing President, Trygve Mikkelsen will now serve as CEO. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic planning of the company.
Western Square is the world market leader in the manufacturing of barrel racks and barrel pallets for the winery, brewery and distillery industries. Western Square is also active worldwide in the manufacturing and sales of specialized racks for the bottled water industry. The company has a farm equipment division and a vineyard equipment division in addition to the two specialized rack product categories.
