HALL St. Helena has announced the menu for the last 2015 installment of A Taste of HALL which is set for Sunday, December 6 from 12-2pm in HALL’s dynamic Culinary Workshop. The “Stress Free Holiday Entertaining”- themed workshop will feature all-star menu by Culinary Institute of America graduates and HALL Wine Educators, Chef Chris Quillen and Chef John Pelham. The dynamic duo brings a fresh perspective to modern culinary technique while aiming at engaging guests by offering seasonal food and wine pairing tips. The program will return in 2016 on one Sunday each month.
The ‘A Stress Free Holiday Entertaining’ Menu on December 6 includes:
- Soup: Lobster Bisque (Recipe)
- Three Stress-Free Bites: Empanadas, Smoked Babaganoush, Stuffed Mushrooms
- Dinner: Lasagna Ménage à Trois – Jardin, Fromage, Viande
The dishes are paired with our 2012 HALL Napa Valley Cabernet as well as other newly released wines in both the HALL and WALT wines portfolio.
