HALL St. Helena has announced details for the next A Taste of HALL, set for Sunday, November 1 from 12-2pm in the state-of-the-art Demo Kitchen. The “A Foodie’s Thanksgiving” – themed workshop will feature all-star menu by Culinary Institute of America graduates and HALL Wine Educators Chris Quillen and John Pelham. The dynamic duo brings a fresh perspective to modern culinary technique while aiming at engaging guests by offering seasonal food and wine pairing tips.
The ‘A Foodie’s Thanksgiving’ Menu includes:
- Beet-Pickled Deviled Eggs
- Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup
- Sausage Stuffing, Brussels Sprout & Kale Gratin
- Pecan Pie, Vanilla Ice Cream
The dishes are paired with our 2012 HALL Merlot as well as other newly released wines in both the HALL and WALT portfolio. The experience includes a sit down four course meal, each paired with different wines. Guests will learn about pairing tips, culinary techniques in prepping the dishes and be able to ask questions along the way.
