Trade alliance for women in the alcohol beverage industry grows to include intimate, informative gatherings
October 8, 2015 (New York City) – The Women of the Vine Alliance (WomenOfTheVine.com) announced its regional “Mix & Mingle” networking and educational events for women professionals in the alcohol beverage industry this fall. Events take place at Ruth’s Chris Steak Houses in cities across the U.S. (see schedule below) from 5 PM to 7 PM, and include light appetizers and wines by the glass from Bonterra Organic Vineyards, Sanctuary Vineyards, and Veuve Clicquot. Tickets are $35 for members of Women of the Vine Alliance, $50 for non-members.
Each event will be hosted by Women of the Vine Advisory Board members and special industry guests. Reservations to attend Mix & Mingle are required and must be made with a credit card to the specific Ruth’s Chris location. Given the success of the annual Women of the Vine Global Symposium, Women of the Vine Alliance President and Founder, Deborah Brenner reached out to Ruth’s Chris Steak House to bring the excitement and collaborative spirit of the annual symposium to smaller, regional events.
“These Mix & Mingle events are great opportunities for women who are interested in learning about Women of the Vine to come out, grab a glass of wine, and network with some of the most prominent professionals in the alcohol beverage industry,” said Brenner.
