KENWOOD, Calif. – Landmark Vineyards, one of Sonoma’s premier producers of chardonnay and pinot noir, announces the opening of its newly-designed Guest Suite and upgrades to the VIP Tasting Tower. The updated accommodations at Landmark emphasize the property’s unparalleled views of the Mayacamas Mountains and charm offered by its unique location in the heart of Sonoma Valley.
Founded by the John Deere Family in 1974, Landmark Vineyards recently opened the newly renovated Guest Suite in June. Situated adjacent to the Tasting Room, the suite is a contemporary interpretation of the rustic elegance of Sonoma Wine Country. The suite features custom furniture pieces including a desk, chairs for comfortable seating, coffee table, and bathroom floor tiles imported from Spain. First-class amenities include a king size Tempur-Pedic® mattress, Frette down duvet and pillow, bed linens and towels, as well as a wine refrigerator, coffeemaker, flat screen television and gas-burning fireplace. Contemporary art pieces, some of which were specially commissioned, adorn the walls of the Guest Suite. The restyled suite also features a private patio with spectacular views of the Mayacamas Mountains and estate vineyards, creating the perfect setting to taste and enjoy Landmark wines.
The Guest Suite is now available for reservations at Landmarkwine.com/visit-landmark with rates starting at $275/night. Each overnight stay at Landmark Vineyards includes a bottle of its signature Overlook Chardonnay, Estate Tour & Tasting and in-house continental breakfast from the legendary Costeaux French Bakery in Healdsburg.
The planned renovation also includes upgrades to the VIP Tasting Tower that overlooks the property. With higher ceilings and enlarged windows to frame the magnificent views of Landmark’s estate vineyards, the Tower will be used for special VIP tastings and seminars. Perfect for an intimate tasting for two or a party of 10, the Tower is a welcoming space where wine club members and VIP guests can enjoy Landmark’s single-vineyard chardonnay and pinot noir. Visitors to Landmark can continue to enjoy other on-property offerings, including: estate tour and tastings, bocce ball, signature lunches, cheese and wine pairings, horse-drawn carriage tours, and more.
