Ag Labor Relations and Pre-Harvest Compliance Briefing – July 1, Hosted by Sonoma County Winegrowers

Encouraged to attend are: vintners, vineyard owners and managers, vineyard management companies and farm labor contractors.

This workshop begins with a Management Guide to Pre-Season Compliance: strategies in Wage & Hour enforcement; non-productive time; new legislative mandates for FLCs and Vineyard Managers; heat illness compliance; Worker’s Comp fraud; paid sick leave; and, more.

The workshop concludes with Sustainability Through Compliance in 2025….What Does the Future Hold: labor-management cooperation; the latest trends in HR sustainability and social responsibility; and, stakeholder value in opportunities to improve compensation and conditions of employment. With the growing field labor shortage, these topics are relevant to all agricultural employers.
