Napa, CA, February 27, 2015 — Ca’ Momi announced today that Jonny Tindall has joined the company as the director of culinary operations, where he will oversee the Ca’ Momi food and beverage service operations for the new osteria, the enoteca at the Oxbow Public Market, as well as the company’s commissary kitchen, catering operations and special events.
Tindall’s new role includes overseeing the Ca’ Momi staff and service, and he will lead the Ca’ Momi team as the company gears up to open their new Ca’ Momi osteria restaurant on First Street in downtown Napa. The osteria, set to open Spring 2015, will feature an expanded menu, new demonstration kitchen, specialty cocktails and in-house brewed beer.
Tindall has years of experience in hospitality and events, serving as the director of operations at Silo’s Napa Valley and director of hospitality at Trinchero Family Estates. He was also the director of operations for Blue Shore Grill, general manager of Cole’s Chop House, general manager of Celadon, as well as manager of Mustards Grill, Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen, and The Diner.
