Ranch Systems LogoNovato, CA January 20, 2015 – For over two years Ranch Systems, a leading provider of monitoring and control solutions for growers, has been offering a bundle of products and services that quickly and painlessly migrates users of the PureSense Irrigation Manager to the RanchMaster integrated suite of solutions for vineyards, orchards and field crops. The recent shutdown of PureSense and on-going sale of its remaining assets effectively strands customers with likely obsolete technology and without any credible means of ongoing support. Ranch Systems’ experience and proven methodology provides a viable means for growers to continue operating their systems while putting in place an alternative.

Ranch Systems has engineered a method to replace Irrigation Manager without having to replace existing soil moisture sensors, weather sensors, pressure switch and masts. Historical data can be extracted from Irrigation Manager and easily imported into the Ranch Master system. Typically, an Irrigation Manager station can be migrated in half a day. In addition, Ranch Systems has developed an approach that allows PureSense growers to keep utilizing working equipment until a sale is finalized and the future buyer reveals their plans and demonstrates their capabilities.

To help growers with installed PureSense stations, Ranch Systems is conducting an informational webinar that details a common sense “wait and see” migration plan. The webinar also steps through the process and costs of converting a station to RanchMaster. It is scheduled for January 28th and Wednesday February 4th 9AM. To register, go to the following page: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/7846108742585843457 . In addition, Ranch Systems and former PureSense customer Zach Sheely will be hosting a field day on Monday February 9th from 1PM to 4PM at the AZCAL ranch in Lemoore. AZCAL switched over 3,000 acres of mixed crops over to the RanchMaster platform in 2013. The field day will include a tour and software demonstrations. For more information and to RSVP, go the Ranch Systems website: http://ranchsystems.com/wp/seminars-and-presentations/.

Zach Sheely offers the following testimonial regarding his conversion experience: “I found I wanted more functionality than Irrigation Manager could offer, specifically monitoring flow meters and controlling irrigation valves. Ranch Systems was able to move me over to their RanchMaster platform in the course of one day. I am very impressed with the hardware and functionality.  It has allowed me to gather reliable measurements and control my system at the same time.  I am also excited about the integration possibilities of the RanchMaster with the exciting new Cloud-based software platform of Agworld.com. I wholeheartedly recommend RanchMaster to growers, whether they need to move off the PureSense platform or are looking to apply remote monitoring and control to their applications.”
