World of Pinot Noir Announces Solterra Strategies as New Management Team

World of Pinot NoirSeptember 26, 2016 (Arroyo Grande, CA)  – The World of Pinot Noir (WOPN), a non-profit trade organization dedicated to the education and celebration of Pinot Noir, announced its new event management team Solterra Strategies. The brand strategy, marketing and public relations firm, based in Paso Robles will lead all aspects of the 2017 signature event scheduled for March 3-4, 2017 at Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara.

The team – Stacie Jacob, Joel Peterson and Jennifer Bravo – brings more than 25 years of experience working in the wine and tourism industries. Solterra Strategies represents wineries, distilleries, wine and tourism trade organizations and other non-profits as part of its client line-up.

“We are looking forward to working with Team Solterra to strengthen our marketing outreach and bring fresh ideas to our signature WOPN event,” said Coby Parker-Garcia, WOPN President. “Solterra’s experience and reputation in working with regional wine groups and their results driven approach will help elevate WOPN.”

WOPN’s mission is to bring Pinot Noir producers from the most exceptional and unique regions in the world together with Pinot Noir enthusiasts from across the country for a weekend of celebration and education on the shores of California’s beautiful Central Coast. The annual two-day event features in-depth wine seminars, a Burgundy seminar, grand tastings, and unique lunches and dinners by Bacara’s Executive Chef Vincent Lesage. Sommeliers from across the country gather at WOPN to be part of festivities.
