Women for Winesense 25NAPA, CALIFORNIA: The Napa | Sonoma chapter of Women for WineSense’s (WWS) is joining forces with noted Bordeaux wine expert and author, Wendy Narby, to host a Bordeaux Bootcamp at the Stonehedge Winery tasting room on June 11, 2016 from 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Wendy Narby is a leading expert in the wine industry with 25 years of experience in the French food and wine industry. She has taught at the Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux (Bordeaux Wine School) since 1997 and specializes in training the International Bordeaux wine educators for the Bordeaux Wine Council. Ms. Narby teaches professionals and connoisseurs with an aim to open the doors of the world’s most famous vineyards and share the talents of lesser known winemakers, making the world of Boreaux wine more accessible.

Since its first release in the early 90’s, Stonehedge has quickly become synonymous with quality. ABOUT THE EVENT |RSVP DETAILS:

The Bordeaux Bootcamp with Wendy Narby begins at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11th and concludes at 4:30 p.m. Ms. Narby will guide attendees through a tasting of 5 Bordeaux wines, and will share key insights and knowledge from her 2 decades in the region.  This is a rare opportunity to learn from a distinguished international expert on Bordeaux and taste some fantastic examples of the diversity of the region.

Ms. Narby will also be available to sign copies of her book, Bordeaux Bootcamp (available for sale at the event and on Amazon in advance).

Tickets for Bordeaux Bootcamp are $25 for members and $40 for non-members. Tickets are available online here. Seating is limited, advanced reservations are required.
